Cancellation & Refund Policy
Expoinvent.com believes in building long-term trust with its customers and therefore maintains a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
However, once the order has been confirmed with vendors/merchants or the shipping process has been initiated, cancellations may not be possible.
Orders involving perishable or time-sensitive services (such as digital passes, online event entries, or promotional services) are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Refunds & Replacements
If the product or service delivered is found to be defective, damaged, or not meeting the agreed specifications, the customer must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
Refund or replacement requests will be reviewed and processed after confirmation from the vendor/merchant.
If the product or service is substantially different from what was shown on our platform, you must bring it to our notice within 7 days. After review, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, issues must be directed to the manufacturer directly.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method of the customer.
