    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Expoinvent.com believes in building long-term trust with its customers and therefore maintains a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

    Cancellations

    • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.

    • However, once the order has been confirmed with vendors/merchants or the shipping process has been initiated, cancellations may not be possible.

    • Orders involving perishable or time-sensitive services (such as digital passes, online event entries, or promotional services) are non-cancellable once confirmed.

    Refunds & Replacements

    • If the product or service delivered is found to be defective, damaged, or not meeting the agreed specifications, the customer must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.

    • Refund or replacement requests will be reviewed and processed after confirmation from the vendor/merchant.

    • If the product or service is substantially different from what was shown on our platform, you must bring it to our notice within 7 days. After review, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

    • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, issues must be directed to the manufacturer directly.

    Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method of the customer.
